The New Future iPod

Over the past week I have been wondering what the new ipod generation will bring. I have explored the current version which is the iPod 6G and there is not much that really can be added other than more space and maybe making the device a bit thinner.

It seems like the brilliant minds down over at apple has finally gone cold? Will we see any more new inovation from Apple in terms of the iPod device. I am tempted to say Yes! but I have seen much evidence surfacing lately to suggest such.

Maybe Mr. Jobs should hold an online survey on what are some of the features we as consummers want to see in the next generation iPod. Here are some of my personal suggestions.

1. Thinner device
2. More Memory
3. Longer battery life
4. The ability to restore your iTunes libriary from your iPod.

Those are just some of my suggestion. Guys and Gals please feel free to comment on this article with your own personal suggestion and I update this the list.

Overal the iPod is a great device for entertainment on the go whether it is music, movies, games or online books. I guess for now until the device can do more like surf the web similar to the iPod touch and iPhone we have to use our iPod for the main reason we continue to buy them in the first place for music, movies and games downloads

You may have come across many websites that offer free iPod downloads. But beware as there have been stories of copyright infringement when the copyrighted music and other media files are distributed and shared. As a layman, you do not know whether it is legal to download the iPod music, movie or TV show you are searching for. So, avoid such iPod download sites as you may be on the wrong side of the law when you download iPod media files from these sites.

On the other hand, more paid iPod downloads membership sites have been appearing recently. You now have better choices to download iPod music, movies and TV shows legally at much cheaper prices than iTune. However, as an iPod user in the midst of multiple choices, we are once again caught in a dilemma to decide which one is the best for us.

Here, I will share with you some key tips on what to look out for in the iPod download membership benefits.

1. Per iPod Download Vs One Time Fee

Does the site charge for per piece of iPod music, movie or TV series file you download? I find it expensive to download media files at iTune, do you? I mean $1.99 for a music video and $0.99 per song is crazy. Nowadays, for a low one-time lifetime fee, you can download as many songs and music videos as you wish. Make sure you compare the pricing.

2. iPod Music Downloads Variety

What variety and range of music files can you find? To me, it is important that they have genres ranging from popular pop to jazz.

3. Huge Media Library of iPod Music, Movies, TV Shows and Video Files

Does it provide a huge library of media files? Do they have a wide selection of movies, TV shows, music and videos? Do they frequently update their database with new iPod downloads?

4. Ease of Use of Member's Site Interface

Is the member interface easy and user-friendly? Ease of use is very important.

5. Free iPod Downloading and System-compatible Software Provided

Do they provide with free software to help you in downloading those movies, mp3s etc? Are they easy to use? Are these software compatible with PC or MAC or both? Can they be used to download iPod files to older generation iPods or only to the newer models?

6. Fast iPod File Downloading Speeds

How fast is the iPod downloading speed? How long does it take for the files to be transferred?

7. Safe Downloading Process of iPod Media Files?

Do they ensure the iPod downloads to our computers are safe? Is spyware removal included to ensure that nothing goes wrong while downloading the music and movies?

8. Testimonials And Excellent Track Record

Is the company getting complaints or positive testimonials? Read these at iPod forums. Hear their experiences in using these iPod downloads services.

9. Legality of iPod Downloads

Is it legal? These are proper sites which have the right to distribute the iPod media files so you can have a peace of mind that you are not breaking any copyright laws.

10. 24/7 Responsive and Expert Technical Support

Do they provide fast and responsive support? 24/7? Do they have the expertise to trouble-shoot when you encounter difficulties in the iPod downloads? Sad to say, some download sites display this feature as an advertising gimmick only and are unable to deliver the level of service.

11. Secured Payment Processing System and Measures to Safeguard Your Privacy

Is the payment processing secured? Will your personal details be divulged to anyone? Most of these sites have secured payment processing and they make it absolutely certain that your privacy is not compromised.

Free iPod Music, Movie and Game Downloads

This comprehensive guide will show you how to get ipod music, movie and game downloads music, movie and games and recommend some of the best sites for fast and reliable ipod downloads on the net which are safe and you can use for unlimited ipod downloads.

It seem that the love for music has grown worldwide and so has movies since most popular mp3 players also play mp4 videos and with the popularity of the device growing almost daily so has the demand for media (music, movies games podcast etc). Where are going to find all this music, movies, games and podcast for free? In this digital age that we live in is there really such a thing as free farless to free ipod media downloads. Intially you may be tempted to say no, but with research there are reilaibe and safe sites you can depend on for free ipod downloads whether it is music, movies, games, podcast or pictures / wallpapers you want .

You can use itunes but I don't recommend it as a first choice because itunes is very expensive with with its 99cents per song and up to 14.99 for movie downloads i just crazy cost. The latest ipods now literally allows you to carry 20,000 songs in your pocket or about 2000 movies so now you kind of get the idea how fast and big thosese charges can add up and kill your credit card just for the sake of entertainment. Then there are places similar to itunes with high costs such as rapsody, yahoo music etc these sites opearate on the same principle as itunes where pay everytime you want to download something and if that was what you were looking for you woundn't be reading this free ipod downloads article. So with that I mind I ventured out to find alternative itunes downloads why I say that because the site that I found had to be of high quality but still operate on a free ipod download principle.

After so much searching and wasting time and money on sites that don't deliver. I came across this site.

iPodMediaDownload .
The site is well designed and very realiable source for ipod downloads and I can safely recommend it to other ipod users but not only ipod but also iphone user as well. I will not hype this site but I provide reliable information in summary

I was able to download music directly form the site all I needed to go was to click to free music download section and bam music that I wanted from all the popular artist was availabe to for me to download but not was not all you can even download lyrics too. Then I went to the onlive video section to see what that was all about. There they offer an integrated program that downloads youtube, google and aol videos and converts them to ipod or iphone/ ipod touch format all in one simple program that is so easy to use. Then I hit the download movies section which is broken up to into two sections where you can download all the movies you want using the programs provided.

The Future of The iPod

Well here we are, with latest gadgets, but one of my favorite is what I term as the iToys referring to the ipod family. These mp3 players keep getting smaller and bigger at the same time. Smaller in dimension and bigger in storage space and that what we all want the latest sleek looking gadgets in our pockets and do so much.

The little guys doing big things:
Well one of the latest ipod devices is the iPod Touch which as marvel the mp3 player world with it touch screen which on one hands looks good but it can get quite spotty with finger prints pretty quickly.

The Future:
Looking at all the great features of the ipod I wonder what wlll be the big hype about the next generation ipod. Maybe Apple will make all ipod WiFi so we can all shop at the iTunes Wifi store and spend more money with Apple well it a win-win situation for everyone. I guess we just have to wait and see. iTunes iPod Music and Movies Gold Rush

Unlimited iPod tunes an online gold rush

Apple negotiations with music biz could herald new digital landmark

The iPod could once again radically change music-listening habits, and offer a financial boon to an ailing music industry.

The most popular digital media player on the market might soon be available at a price that would include free access to Apple's online music library, iTunes.

If negotiations of the so-called "Total Music" plan between Apple, Inc. and four major music labels -- first reported this week by the Financial Times -- come to fruition, Apple would essentially offer free, unlimited iTunes downloads to consumers who pay a premium for an iPod device.

Apple is also looking at a subscription service for iPhone users, which would allow unlimited iTunes access in exchange for a monthly fee.

The Total Music concept is based on Nokia's Comes With Music plan, which allows free downloads from Universal Music Group on some of its cellphones, resembling a subscription service.

Other networks including Vodafone and Rhapsody are also trying to stake their claim in the online music gold rush with similar business models.

But none have the market penetration of the iPod, which is becoming almost as common in households as the television.

Apple CEO Steve Jobs has long argued that consumers want to download and own their music, not rent it, but it appears he's changed his tune.

With diverse listening options available online, it seems some consumers are becoming hungrier for a wider range of easily accessible music rather than owning a personal collection.

Record companies and musicians have long struggled over the open boundaries the Internet presents to consumers, trying to find innovative ways to track and monetize the consumption of their music online, while sites such as BitTorrent and LimeWire allow quality downloads for free.

Now, with the possibility of selling the highly consumed iPod in conjunction with a vast collection of online music, things might be looking up for record labels, who would allegedly receive a cut from the iPod sales if a deal is realized.

"Most people feel they already have unlimited access to music through filesharing networks . . . The move to unlimited music in a device recognizes finding innovative ways to monetize it. This creates a lot of value in the iPod -- the value of the device is even greater," says Michael Geist, a professor specializing in Internet and e-commerce at the University of Ottawa.

And although iPod commands about 85 per cent of the digital music playing market, sales have reportedly flattened in recent months, so the deal could give iPod a much-needed image boost.

Apple has refused public comment on the negotiations.

But under any potential deal, many questions would need answering: How long would customers would be allowed to keep the music they download?

Would record companies be willing to allow users to have permanent ownership of unlimited downloads, or would subscribers of a Total Music plan have their music taken away from them after their devices burn out or subscriptions expire?

Other unknowns include: Would existing iPods have access to a Total Music plan? Would new technology need to be introduced?

Until we hear more you can still get unlimited ipod, iphone and ipod touch music, moives and game downloads at iPodTunesDownloads and iPodMediaDownload

Get More iPod Music, Movie & Game Downloads

The iPod has been just booming with popularity and excitement since it first hit the marketplace. And as the iPods continue to grow in popularity, so does the demand to download free iPod videos.

In order to prevent their pocket books from getting dinged to hard, iPod fans are turning to the Internet to download free iPod videos to their favorite little gadget.

There are plenty of sites out there that will let you download free iPod videos plus with most of these sites you will be able to download other iPod things like music, movies, TV show, software, ebooks, games and more.

Once you have decided to start looking for a place to download free iPod videos, you will come across three basic options.

Option #1 For iPod Movies, Music and Game Downloads

The first option that you are going to come across is the "freebie site." This site will probably be loaded up with big flashy banner ads and you will probably have smiley faces pop-up on your screen.

While these types of websites will let you download free iPod videos without ever

paying a fee, you will end up paying in the long run when your computer gets hit with spyware.

Option #2 For iPod Movies, Music and Game Downloads

Your next option for websites that will let you download free iPod videos isn't really free so we don't have much to discuss here.

They will lure you in saying that the iPod video downloads are free but then they will hit you up with a monthly membership fee and some will even charge you a per download fee too.

Option #3 For iPod Movies, Music & Game Downloads

Your final option is your best option. Yes, I saved the best for last. these are the websites that will let you download free iPod videos once you have paid a small one time fee.

These iPod download sites will give you access to millions of iPod files ready to download instantly. And the best part is that once you have paid the one time fee you will be well on your way to downloading unlimited amounts of iPod videos, games, music, movies and more.

If you are seriously interested in a site that will let you download free iPod videos without breaking the bank and without destroying your computer then this last option is your best bet. So get out there and download your free iPod videos now

The iPod touch is so good, mainly because everything revolves around a touch screen. Meaning you will not be delayed when you search for a letter anymore or try to get your finger to fit in between two small buttons. To me I like the ipod touch because I can do everything quick and its fancy and looks good around others when you can simply touch something on the screen with your finger or screen pen and then it comes up straight away.

The picture quality is as good as all the other products from apple. The same goes for the audio quality. I found the IPOD touch a little bit more expensive than the other products from apple because it was. Also the price of the product did not go down as much as the other products when it began to age. I expect it would take a lot, cost a lot to create such a product that relies on touching the screen so i can understand why apple charge a lot for such a product.

The IPOD touch is not that strong though. It would not be wise to take it with you when you go for a run or play sport. Its a lot less durable then the shuffle but the other benefits far outweigh the negatives. I am really looking forward to a new version of the IPOD touch coming out i think it will be even more fantastic than the current version, if that is even possible.

Free iPod Downloads

So now you are a proud iPod, iTouch or iPhone owner. The popularity of the iPod and it family the iTouch and iPhone has continued to grow world wide and so has the demand for music downloads for the ipod. iTunes remains a great source for these downloads. The down-side to iTunes music downloads is mainly the cost. Mainly a track can cost you about .99cents even though this sounds like a small amount it sure can add up when you think that the latest iPods can hold 20,000 (you are looking at approx $19,800 to fill up your ipod).

Many websites claim to allow you access to free iPod music, movie and game downloads . So how true is it? Well, there are copies of songs you can technically download but I have to warn you first that the legality of most of these sites is highly questionable. If you have been visiting forums or reading news updates, there have been claims of reports of infringement of copyright laws when downloading from these iPod download sites.
